Founding 250 · Flight Recorder field program

Stop babysitting your AI.

Let it be agentic. Let it use tools, write code and finish the job. GhostLogic preserves the work and records what actually happened—so you can give AI freedom without surrendering visibility.

Let your AI run. Know exactly what it did.

You ask your kids to share their location. Why not your AI?

How it works when it matters

Plug in. Select what matters. Let the agent work.

01

Plug in

Plug in Flight Recorder. Select what matters—one folder, every active repository or an entire supported drive.

02

Capture

GhostLogic captures the files already there. From that moment forward, every protected file created or changed is preserved outside the computer.

03

Record

Every deletion, overwrite, command and supported AI-agent action is added to an independent, tamper-evident timeline.

04

Replicate

Connect your approved destinations—GhostLogic, Google Drive, GitHub, GitLab, Cloudflare and supported evidence platforms—and the record can be replicated beyond the USB.

Then let the agent work.

If Claude deletes the repository, restore it.

If Codex overwrites the files with zeros, recover the last intact versions and see exactly when it happened.

If an automation destroys the operating system, the work and the record remain outside it.

If the laptop and attached recorder are lost in the same fire, geographically separate copies remain.

If the building disappears, your work does not disappear with it.

What ships, and when

Two shipments, stated plainly.

01

Ships within 10 days of acceptance

Your enrollment kit.

  • Your individually numbered Founding 250 credential—such as 037 / 250
  • A signed provenance certificate binding your participant number, enrollment date and credential identity, with a public verification URL
  • Your pairing material and access to Founding 250 software
  • A welcome letter and a sealed cipher you can verify yourself
02

Deployment window confirmed by December 15, 2026

Your Flight Recorder.

The recorder is in development. GhostLogic is not going to invent a ship date to make this page look better. What it commits to instead:

  • By December 15, 2026, you receive a specific deployment window
  • If the window does not work for you, full refund, no questions
  • If GhostLogic misses a window it gave you, you take a revised date or a refund
  • You are never charged for anything a second time

What your $199 buys today: your Cohort 1 place, one reserved unit at the founding price, your numbered credential and certificate, Founding 250 software access and direct engineering contact for the 90-day program. The recorder follows at no additional cost.

A recorded mismatch

A confident answer can still be incomplete.

An agent was asked to read the entire XYZ repository and write a complete summary. The repository contained 1,245,091 lines of Python. The agent examined roughly 8,000 lines from the beginning and 8,000 from the end—about 1.29%—then represented the work as complete.

The recorded activity did not support the claim that the repository had been read in full. GhostLogic does not treat an agent’s explanation as evidence that the work was completed.

LINES EXAMINED16,000 / 1,245,0911.29%
ASSESSMENTDo Not TrustThis scenario illustrates the difference between an agent’s claim and recorded activity. It does not promise complete capture or semantic understanding.

The receipts

Read an actual GhostLogic report.

A real AI-agent session, reconstructed from acquired evidence: the agent’s claims, independent observations, corroborated findings and disclosed limitations — with SHA-256 digests for every exhibit.

  • Your credential and signed provenance certificate are issued on enrollment and verifiable at a public URL by anyone, including you
  • Founding 250 software records supported agent, file and system activity into a hash-chained, tamper-evident local timeline
  • Later alteration, reordering and truncation of that timeline are detectable

In development · Founding 250 will test it

  • Flight Recorder hardware—will pair cryptographically with one authorized computer and preserve supported activity outside the host
  • TICS—will evaluate timestamp continuity, recording gaps, clock changes and evidence-chain integrity
  • Protected Repository Vault—will test content-addressed versions on supported saves, recorded path changes and tombstones on deletion of protected files
  • Constrained ingestion—is the boundary intended to keep an agent from erasing evidence. This is the hardest product problem and is not solved yet. GhostLogic will publish the actual privilege and threat-model limits before the recorder ships

Independent recovery

One protected workspace. Multiple independent copies.

During setup, the participant selects the folders or supported volume locations that matter. GhostLogic performs an initial protected capture, then preserves new and modified files from those locations while recording creations, changes, moves and deletions in the evidence timeline.

Preserved versions can be replicated across the Flight Recorder and approved connected destinations. Planned integrations include GhostLogic-managed storage and supported customer-controlled services such as Google Drive, GitHub, GitLab and Cloudflare storage. Each integration will have documented coverage, permissions, retention and recovery behavior before it is represented as available.

Recovery plus causality

Preserve the work. Record what happened to it.

Backups preserve files. Logs preserve fragments. GhostLogic preserves the whole story.

A backup may give you yesterday’s file. A log may tell you that something changed. GhostLogic connects them:

  • The file before the action
  • The agent or process that acted
  • The command or tool it used
  • The resulting change
  • The preserved version after the change
  • The deletion or overwrite event
  • Every destination that received the protected copy
  • Any recording or replication gap that could affect trust

GhostLogic can restore successfully preserved versions of protected files. It cannot restore files that were never selected, captured or fully replicated before loss.

The receipts

You have the work. You have the timeline. You have the receipts.

You do not have to ask the AI what it did. You do not have to trust the machine it damaged. You do not have to hope the logs survived.

The last system to lose the record. The first system used to rebuild.

When operations fail, GhostLogic is designed to remain. It becomes the independent record disconnected last, preserved across multiple destinations, and used first when the computer, company or network comes back online.

Not another alert. Not another dashboard. The digital black box—and the recovery point—for everything your computer and its AI agents touch.

A focused field program

Who this is for.

  • People using AI coding agents on active repositories
  • Windows 10 or 11 users ready for early software deployment
  • Teams willing to document mismatches and gaps
  • Participants who will maintain Git and independent backups

Who should wait

Not a finished safety product.

  • Anyone expecting prevention or complete-capture guarantees
  • Anyone unable to maintain an independent backup
  • macOS and Linux users in Cohort 1
  • Production-critical deployments without room for field-program uncertainty

Straight answers

What are you actually buying?

Is this a preorder?

Partly, and we would rather say so than dance around it. Your enrollment kit ships within 10 days of acceptance. Your Flight Recorder is in development, and you receive a specific deployment window by December 15, 2026. If that window does not work, or if GhostLogic misses one it gave you, you may take a full refund. GhostLogic does not hold your money against an indefinite date.

What is actually on the credential?

Your provenance certificate and pairing material. It is not a recorder and it does not capture anything. It is the artifact that proves your enrollment is real and verifiable—plug it in and that is what you will find.

Why charge before the hardware exists?

The founding price reserves one unit from a 250-unit edition across five cohorts, and the 90-day program starts with the software rather than the hardware. If you would rather wait for the recorder to ship before paying, do not apply to Cohort 1. You lose nothing by waiting for a later cohort.

What is the cipher?

A sealed message in your welcome kit that resolves against your certificate hash at the public verification URL. It is the whole product idea in one small object: a record you do not have to take GhostLogic’s word for.

Program disclosure

Clear before you apply.

  • Cohort 1 is an early Windows 10/11 software deployment. The Flight Recorder hardware, TICS, Vault and constrained-ingestion boundary are still in development.
  • Applying is free. Payment is collected only after acceptance and disclosure of the exact scope and terms.
  • The enrollment credential does not record, monitor or protect anything.
  • Private source code is not uploaded to GhostLogic by default.
  • Before any preservation or replication feature is represented as available, GhostLogic publishes its local and remote retention policies, storage-full behavior, version rotation, encryption, authentication, deletion protection and recovery procedures. No retention claim is open-ended.
  • The field program validates both recorded causality and recoverable protected versions—not merely agent-activity watching.
  • Enrollment software and experimental features do not guarantee prevention, complete capture or a particular legal outcome.
