1. Scope
These terms govern use of the GhostLogic public website and any software or service supplied under an applicable order, pilot agreement, license, or customer agreement.
2. Authorized use
You may use the website and services only lawfully, on systems and data you are authorized to access, and in accordance with the applicable agreement and documentation.
3. Evidence and outcomes
GhostLogic helps preserve and verify records. It does not guarantee that every event will be captured, that a court or insurer will accept an export, or that an incident can be prevented or fully reconstructed.
4. Security and sensitive data
Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card data, or sensitive evidence through public forms. Use the secure channel designated for your engagement.
5. Intellectual property
GhostLogic and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, marks, and documentation. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.
6. Payment and cancellation
Pricing, payment, renewal, refund, and cancellation terms are controlled by the applicable order or checkout terms. No public page overrides a signed agreement.
