Privacy policy.

1. What GhostLogic does
GhostLogic provides continuous evidence collection, integrity verification, off-host preservation, and timeline reconstruction. Customers control where the system is deployed and which data is placed in scope.
2. Data we process
Depending on configuration, GhostLogic may process account and billing information, system identifiers, file and event metadata, process, network, authentication, application, agent, vehicle, or operational events, and information submitted through public forms. Founding 250 applications include your email, operating system, agent usage, repository-size range, permissions, experience description, contribution preference, consent choices, and campaign attribution parameters.
3. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for lawful deployment, collection scope, access permissions, retention, employee or user notice, and compliance with applicable privacy, employment, sector, and data-residency requirements.
4. Security
Hosted deployments use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, tenant separation, and cryptographic integrity mechanisms. Self-hosted infrastructure remains the customer's responsibility.
5. Retention and deletion
Retention is determined by the applicable configuration and agreement, including any legal hold. Contact privacy@ghostlogic.tech for account-contact data requests.
6. Third parties
GhostLogic uses infrastructure and payment providers to operate the service. GhostLogic does not sell customer evidence or use it to train generic models without explicit permission.
7. Analytics and advertising
GhostLogic may use Google Tag Manager and the Reddit Pixel to measure campaign visits, application starts, completed applications, and purchases. These tools are not loaded until configured with the required consent controls. GhostLogic does not send raw form answers or unhashed email addresses to advertising platforms.
