Founding 250 · five cohorts of 50
Program terms.
The enrollment kit ships first. The developing Flight Recorder follows at no additional cost after GhostLogic confirms a specific deployment window.
1. Program and cohort structure
Founding 250 is a 250-unit founding edition organized into five cohorts of up to 50 deployments each. Cohort 1 is limited to supported Windows 10 and Windows 11 software deployments. macOS and Linux are not included in Cohort 1.
2. Application and selection
Applying is free and does not guarantee selection. GhostLogic may select participants based on technical fit, supported environment, feedback value and deployment capacity. Contribution preference does not determine selection.
3. Price and payment
The standard Cohort 1 contribution is $199 if selected. Applicants may request $149, $99, $49 or a full scholarship. Payment is requested only after GhostLogic confirms acceptance and discloses the exact enrollment scope and applicable terms.
4. What the enrollment payment includes
Payment reserves one Flight Recorder unit at the founding price and includes an individually numbered enrollment credential, signed provenance certificate, pairing material, welcome letter, sealed cipher, Founding 250 software access and direct engineering contact during the 90-day program. The Flight Recorder follows at no additional cost.
5. Enrollment-kit shipment
GhostLogic will ship the enrollment kit within 10 days after acceptance and payment. The credential is an enrollment artifact carrying certificate and pairing material. It is not a recorder and does not record, monitor or protect activity.
6. Recorder timing and delay rights
The Flight Recorder is in development. By December 15, 2026, GhostLogic will provide each paid Cohort 1 participant with a specific recorder deployment window. The participant may accept that window or cancel for a full refund. If GhostLogic later misses a stated window, the participant may accept a revised date or receive a prompt full refund.
7. Cancellation and refunds
A participant may cancel at any time before the Flight Recorder ships by emailing support@ghostlogic.tech and receive a full refund. GhostLogic will not charge a second time for the Flight Recorder. Additional return, warranty, replacement and service terms will be disclosed before payment.
8. Current software and developing capabilities
Founding 250 software is intended to record supported agent, file and system activity into a hash-chained local timeline. Until the Flight Recorder hardware ships, that record remains on the same computer as the agent. Flight Recorder hardware, TICS, Protected Repository Vault and constrained ingestion are still in development and may change, fail or be withdrawn.
9. No security guarantee
The enrollment software, credential and developing hardware do not guarantee prevention, complete capture, accurate attribution, uninterrupted operation or acceptance by a court, insurer or regulator. Participants must continue using Git, backups, containers and restricted permissions as appropriate.
10. Data and source code
Private source code is not uploaded to GhostLogic by default. Deployment-specific telemetry, retention, export and support practices will be disclosed before payment. Do not submit source code, credentials or sensitive evidence through the public application form.
11. Credits, awards and advisor invitations
GhostRouter and Core credits, contribution awards and advisor invitations are separate opportunities subject to criteria and written terms disclosed before they become effective. Eligibility does not guarantee an award, credit or invitation.
12. Entity and contact
The program is offered by GhostLogic LLC, Michigan. These terms are effective August 10, 2026. Questions and cancellation requests may be sent to support@ghostlogic.tech.
